Terms of service

SHALOM TAXI connects customers with independent professional taxi and NCC drivers. The platform does not operate vehicles or provide transport itself.

A request is a proposal to drivers. The transport contract, price and payment method are agreed directly between customer and accepting driver.

Drivers are responsible for valid licences, insurance and required professional authorizations. The team checks submitted documents but cannot guarantee their ongoing validity.

No payment is processed on the platform. Pay the driver directly. Reviews must be truthful and concern a completed ride.

Abuse, fraudulent documents or repeated no-shows may lead to account suspension.
