SHALOM TAXI is an intermediary platform that connects customers with independent, professional taxi and NCC drivers. SHALOM TAXI does not operate vehicles and does not provide transport services itself.

Every booking request is a proposal to independent drivers. The transport contract is concluded directly between the customer and the driver who accepts the ride. Price, payment method and cancellation are agreed between the two parties.

Drivers are responsible for holding valid licences, insurance and any professional authorisation required in their country. SHALOM TAXI reviews the documents submitted during registration but cannot guarantee their continued validity.

No payment is processed on the platform. Payment happens directly between customer and driver. Reviews must be truthful and relate to a completed ride.

Abusive behaviour, fraudulent documents or repeated no-shows can lead to suspension of the account.
