Privacy policy

We collect only the data needed to run the marketplace: your name, email, phone number, preferred language and the details of the rides you request or perform.

Phone numbers are never shown publicly. A customer's number is revealed to a driver, and the driver's number to the customer, only after a ride has been accepted.

Driver documents (licence, insurance, vehicle papers) are used exclusively for manual verification and are visible only to the driver and to our administrators.

Reviews you publish are visible to other users together with your first name. You can request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time through the contact page.

We do not sell personal data and we do not process card payments; payment is agreed directly between customer and driver.
