Privacy policy

We collect the data needed to run the platform: your name, email, phone, preferred language and ride details.

Phone numbers are not public. Driver and customer contacts are shared only after a ride is accepted.

Driver documents are used for verification and accessible only to authorized users and administrators.

Published reviews are visible with your first name. You can request account and personal data deletion through the contact page.

We do not sell personal data or process card payments. Payment is agreed directly with the driver.
